Good morning everybody, Chris, 7E on my morning drive discussing note investing. Hope you're all doing well today. Today I wanted to talk about exiting a property. What I mean by that is if you get a property back and foreclosure, what are your next steps?
Do you list it with a real estate agent? Do you just post it on meetup, facebook, craigslist, or reach out to a bunch of investors. I'm curious what others do?
